Really happy with my purchase.Very kind and helpful staff.
Very disappointed with the professionalism. I was coming all the way from Rose Belle to Chemin Grenier and informed you beforehand that I would reach in around 15–20 minutes. It was only 16:40 and your closing time was 17:00, yet you refused to wait even 5 extra minutes despite me already being on the way. I understand business hours are important, but a little flexibility and consideration for clients travelling from far would have been appreciated. Customer service should also matter, not only the clock.
What I especially appreciate is Nab’s honesty and integrity. She is not money-minded at all. She never pushes you to buy additional products unnecessarily. In fact, if you’re already using products with the right ingredients, she will advise you to continue using them instead of asking you to purchase hers. That level of transparency is rare and very reassuring.
